Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office, running errands, and assisting staff with basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the office premises are clean and well-maintained.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle office errands, including banking and document delivery.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Maintain stock of office supplies and inform management when restocking is needed.
• Support staff with basic administrative tasks when required.
• Greet visitors and assist them as needed.
• Ensure kitchen and pantry areas are clean and well-stocked.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of office etiquette and cleanliness.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and well-mannered.
