Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence for the Director.

• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents relevant to the Director's responsibilities.

• Coordinate and liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.

• Manage petty cash expenses and maintain accurate records.

• Handle client documents and ensure proper filing.

• Prepare and maintain Sales Management Information System (MIS) reports.

• Assist with marketing initiatives as needed.

• Coordinate with trade media such as Cargo Insights, Cargo Logistics etc and Managing event registrations and participation logistics.

• Conduct timely follow-ups on payments to ensure financial obligations are met.

• Verify Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure proper approval processes are followed.

• Compile minutes of meetings for distribution.

  Requirements:

• Strong multitasking ability with effective prioritization skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with other software is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative independently.

• Discretion in handling confidential information.

• Strong problem-solving skills with informed decision-making abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
