Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Guest Check-in/Check-out Procedures
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for arriving guests
• Execute efficient check-in procedures, including reservation verification and POD
assignment
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries professionally
• Provide detailed information about Nap Junction amenities and services
Check-out Process:
• Reviewing room charges and billing, ensure smooth checkout experiences with
accurate billing
• Handling any disputes or adjustments
• Collecting POD keys
• Arranging transportation if needed
• Getting feedback about the stay – google reviews, on OTA platforms
Daily Operations Management
• Maintain real-time inventory of available Pods
• Coordinate closely with housekeeping on Pod cleaning status
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly
• Manage wake-up call system
• Monitor and respond to guest communications via phone, email, and in-person
• Perform currency exchange services (if applicable)
• Promoting and selling add-on services such VR experience, Massage chair, etc.
Administrative Responsibilities
• Execute accurate shift handover procedures
• Maintain precise cash handling and reconciliation
• Update guest profiles with preferences and history (attention to detail
• Manage the lost and found system
• Generate daily revenue and occupancy reports?
• Process room rate adjustments when authorized
• Maintain security of guest information
Emergency Response
• Serve as first point of contact during emergencies
• Coordinate with security personnel
