Greet and assist patients, caregivers, and visitors courteously at the center.
Register patients accurately in the system, ensuring all required documents (Aadhar Card, MJPJAY card, referral letters, etc.) are collected and verified.
Manage patient appointments and dialysis session scheduling efficiently.
Maintain and update daily patient records, attendance logs, and consent forms.
Coordinate with Government officials or scheme representatives for patient approvals or documentation clarifications.
Assist patients in understanding MJPJAY scheme coverage and guide them through the process.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk/reception area.
Support the clinical team in non-medical administrative tasks as needed.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in front desk/receptionist roles, preferably in a healthcare setup.
Familiarity with MJPJAY or other government health schemes is a strong advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, basic data entry, and using online portals.
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Empathy, patience, and professionalism in dealing with patients and their families.
Full-time, rotational shifts (Morning/Afternoon)
May include working on weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis.
