Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. They are responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
### Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception & Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
2. Administrative Support:
- Handle and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update records, files, and contact lists.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
3. Office Coordination:
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage inventory.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for office upkeep.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and visitor arrangements.
4. Security & Compliance:
- Monitor visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes as required.
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality protocols.
- Assist in emergency procedures and safety compliance.
### Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- 6-1 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
