Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and Welcome Guests: Serve as the face of the company, greeting visitors with a professional and courteous attitude.
· Answer Phones: Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person, and take messages when necessary.
· Handle Mail: Sort and distribute incoming mail, and manage outgoing mail and courier services.
· Data Entry: Input data into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and organization.
· Manage Office Supplies: Track office inventory and order supplies as needed.
· Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the front desk and lobby are tidy and organized.
