Job Overview:
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is highly presentable, polite, and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be professional, dependable, and able to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude
Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring seamless communication within the organization
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues
Maintain records and manage Google Sheets reports efficiently
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as required
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA, BBA, PGDM, B.Com, or equivalent
Experience: 2 – 6 years in a similar role
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in managing reports on Google Sheets

Polite, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
Strong multitasking abilities with a positive attitude

Preferred Experience:

Total Work Experience: Minimum 5 years (Preferred)
Front Desk Receptionist Experience: Minimum 3 years (Required)
