Front Desk Executive

About the Role:

We're looking for a professional and proactive Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. As the face of our organization, you'll ensure smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception & Visitor Management:

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees courteously

- Maintain visitor logbook and issue badges

- Inform staff about visitor arrivals

- Keep reception area clean and organized

2. Daily Administrative Tasks:

- Manage couriers, parcels, and documents

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/email

- Order and maintain office supplies

- Coordinate equipment maintenance

3. Meeting & Facility Support:

- Manage meeting room bookings

- Coordinate with housekeeping

- Support HR/admin team in events and meetings

- Monitor attendance registers

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in front desk or administrative role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

Salary:

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Interview Timing: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
