🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (visitor log, badges, etc.)
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Educational Qualification:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree is mandatory)
