Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. They manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes when necessary.
Call Handling:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
Take messages and forward them to relevant departments.
Manage inquiries via phone and email.
Administrative Support:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory.
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing appointments.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure a welcoming and organized front-office environment.
Record-Keeping & Data Entry:
Maintain and update company databases.
Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Office Coordination:
Collaborate with HR, administration, and other departments.
Ensure adherence to company policies and security procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
Any graduation
1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
