Front Desk Officer (Female Only) -
Role & Responsibilities:
Greeting Visitors:
Welcome guests and clients warmly.
Offer assistance or direct them to the appropriate department or person.
Managing Phone Calls:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Take messages accurately and respond to inquiries.
Front Desk Administration:
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
Customer Support:
Provide basic and accurate information to clients in person or over the phone/email.
Coordination:
Support the administrative team with data entry, filing, or documentation.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Minimum: High School Diploma (12th grade).
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
Professional Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel).
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax, etc.).
Personal Traits:
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Presentable appearance and polite manners.
Punctual, organized, and proactive.
Experience:
1–2 years in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory for junior roles.
