Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Manager for our Game Zone. The ideal candidate will be the face of the facility, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling guest queries, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with inquiries and check-ins.

• Manage bookings, reservations, and game session schedules.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Coordinate with the game zone team for smooth guest experiences.

• Manage cash and digital payments, maintain billing records.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.

• Monitor stock and supplies for front desk operations.

• Train and supervise front desk staff if required.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing/front desk role, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or retail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of billing, POS systems, and computer operations.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm attitude.

• Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed personality.

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
