Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Paradox Museum. The ideal candidate will be the face of our museum, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every visitor has a memorable experience. This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, providing information about exhibits, and handling guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Welcome and Engagement:
Warmly greet and welcome all visitors upon arrival.
Provide comprehensive information about museum exhibits, attractions, and services.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience and encourage participation in interactive exhibits.
Reservation and Ticketing Management:
Manage and coordinate reservations and group bookings efficiently.
Handle ticket sales, processing payments, and issuing receipts accurately.
Assist guests with booking inquiries both in-person and through various communication channels (phone, email, online platforms).
Customer Service and Support:
Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all guest interactions.
Gather and record guest feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
Museum Operations Support:
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing, education) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist in organizing and executing special events, workshops, and promotional activities.
Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and safety of public areas and exhibits.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of daily visitor numbers, feedback, and other relevant data.
Prepare and submit regular reports on guest services and operations.
Manage inventory of promotional materials and guest amenities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse audience.
Proficient in using reservation systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
