We’re seeking a young, dynamic, and highly organized Personal Assistant who can serve as the right hand to our Chairman. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, top-tier communication skills, and the ability to manage meetings, communications, travel, and social media — all with complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings end-to-end.
Handle calls, messages, and emails with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics.
Take meeting notes, prepare reports, and follow up on action items.
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and update the Chairman’s professional and personal social media platforms.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Stay a step ahead—anticipating the Chairman’s needs at all times.
Young, energetic, and confident personality with a strong presence.
2+ years of experience in a similar executive or personal assistant role.
Excellent spoken and written English; polished communication is a must.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with productivity tools, calendar management apps, and social media.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Discreet, loyal, and trustworthy with sensitive information.
Available to work flexible hours if needed.
