Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper visitor management.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, maintaining tracking records.
Draft letters and emails to customers as required.
Maintain office records, files, and basic administrative documentation.
Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and send timely reminders.
Coordinate appointments and follow up on key tasks for the Director.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
Prior experience in reception, administration, or executive support is a plus.
