Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients while ensuring they are directed appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area with necessary office supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, and record-keeping.
Job Requirements:
