Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.

• Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating office activities.

• Handle correspondence, emails, and courier services efficiently.

• Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.

• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.

• Assist in HR and administrative tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Professional attitude and appearance.

• Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
