Designation : Admin and Accounts Assistant

Experience : 1 year in Admin and Accounts is Preferred .

Salary Range : 12K -17K

Location : Madhavaram, Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
2) Act for office-related queries.
3) Coordinate asset procurement, maintenance, and audits.
4) Assist with filing, documentation, and office tasks.
5) Prepare and manage monthly financial budgets, fund flow statements, and generate MIS reports.
6) Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
7) Assist the MD with all administrative and accounting operations and act as a go-to person for coordination.
