Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage and coordinate a range of administrative and operational functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will efficiently oversee various departments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Management: Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure a tidy and safe environment.

• Transport Management: Oversee vehicle scheduling and maintenance, ensuring timely and safe transport services.

• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including monitoring service levels and procurement of goods and services.

• Facility Management: Ensure that all building facilities are well maintained and operating effectively.

• Horticulture: Oversee the maintenance and beautification of outdoor areas and gardens.

• Security Management: Coordinate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in facilities or multi-department management.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
