Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Location: Mulund, Mumbai (Office-based)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive schedules, meetings, and communication.
Maintain office documents, prepare reports, and organize supplies.
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting tasks.
Follow up with clients and stakeholders to ensure project progress.
Coordinate internal teams and serve as a liaison between departments.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, admin, or similar role.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping software is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
