Job Description:

We are hiring an Admin Executive with 4–5 years of experience to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling administrative responsibilities efficiently in a manufacturing/industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day admin tasks – stationery, office supplies, and housekeeping coordination

• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and visitor logs

• Assist with documentation, filing, and record-keeping

• Coordinate internal meetings, travel bookings, and office events

• Support vendor follow-ups, petty cash handling, and utility bill payments

• Ensure cleanliness, facility maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols

• Assist HR/Admin team in internal communications and data entry tasks

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate / BBA in HR or equivalent

• Experience: 4–5 years in an administrative role (preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup)

• Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Good communication skills (English & local language)

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Capable of coordinating with vendors and departments
