Seeking an experienced Admin Assistant/Stenographer (Male/Female) to Join our team at Poultry India (IPEMA), a non-profit poultry association dedicated to promoting the poultry industry. As an Admin Assistant/Stenographer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our events and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting letters, emails, and other correspondence
Responding to emails and phone calls
Vendor management, including negotiation and comparison of services
On-field execution events
Follow Up to Mails and Phone Calls
Maintaining social media posts and online presence
Hosting zoom meetings and ensuring technical setup
Managing audit queries post-event
Providing administrative support to the team
Maintaining records and databases
Connecting with supporting associations, government officials, and embassies
Writing letters to government officials, embassies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
2 Years of Experience in administration or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Good communication and Language skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
