We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to handle daily office operations and support our manufacturing and stock management processes. The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial records, stock data, and wages efficiently.
General Administration: Handle office tasks, document management, and assist in daily operations.
Stock Management: Maintain stock records, update inventory levels, and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely stock availability.
Manufacturing Process Data Entry: Accurately enter production-related data, including work progress, material usage, and order tracking.
Wages Settlement: Maintain employee attendance records, calculate wages, and ensure timely payment to workers.
Payment Follow-Ups: Track outstanding payments, communicate with clients for dues, and ensure cash flow management.
Purchase & Vendor Coordination: Place orders for materials, follow up with suppliers, and manage purchase records.
Customer & Client Communication: Handle inquiries, coordinate with customers for orders and dispatch updates.
Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate files for expenses, wages, stock movements, and daily transactions.
Basic Accounting Support: Assist in invoice generation, expense tracking, and financial data entry.
Experience in administration, stock management, or accounts-related work preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and handle financial transactions.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
