Position: Admin cum Personal Assistant
Exp: 1-2 year
Salary: 15K to 25K /Month depends on quality of experience & communication skills.
Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
Work time: : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday Weekly Off)
Key Responsibilities:
• acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for director’s attention
• managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
• booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines
• managing databases and filing systems
• liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Follow up with clients for the pending payments
Education/Skill sets:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, dynamic and confident, with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite – as a minimum - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
