Address employee inquiries: Respond to employee questions and complaints related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
Support employee relations: Assist with resolving employee issues and conflicts.
Track employee attendance and leave: Monitor employee attendance, PTO, and leaves.
Assists the HRD with managing human resource operations. Plans and organizes workloads and recommends staff assignments as needed. Monitors priorities and schedules as needed to assure work is performed in a timely and efficient manner according to appropriate guidelines, procedures, and legal regulations.
