Job Title: Assistant Manager - Recruitment (BPO Volume Hiring)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Recruitment to oversee the high-volume hiring process for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring quality hires, optimizing recruitment strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to fulfill aggressive hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Strategy
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract the best talent from diverse pools.
Partner with recruitment agencies, job portals, and social media platforms to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
Optimize and refine assessment processes to improve the selection of top-quality candidates.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to forecast talent needs.
Maintain relationships with staffing agencies, RPO partners, and vendors to drive recruitment efficiency.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
Ensure timely closure of hiring targets while maintaining a high offer-to-joining ratio.
Adhere to compliance and legal requirements in recruitment processes.
Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for reporting and analytics to drive continuous improvements.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Create a positive candidate experience to enhance employer brand positioning.
Organize recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs to maximize hiring effectiveness.
Performance Metrics & Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, attrition, etc.).
Present weekly/monthly reports on hiring status, challenges, and improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-7 years of experience in BPO recruitment (bulk/volume hiring).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, hiring trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
Experience in managing recruitment teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in ATS tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in campus hiring & walk-in drives.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics & employer branding.
Strong network within the BPO industry talent pool.
