We are looking for an experienced candidate mainly into HR Compliance with the following expertise:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, minimum wage laws, and other HR-related legal regulations.
Manage statutory deductions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and Gratuity.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, including employment contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee queries related to compliance matters.
Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
