We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the company. Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Duties:

• Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance documentation.

• Support in performance management and training initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

• Handle office maintenance, repairs, and liaise with vendors.

• Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.

• Organize company meetings, events, and documentation.

• Ensure general office cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

• Maintain proper filing and document control (digital and physical).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in HR and/or admin roles.

• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll tools).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
