Major Roles:

·        Office Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office

• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

• Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-organized

• Document & File Management

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files

  • Draft, format, and proofread reports, letters, and other documents

  • Handle confidential documents securely

• Meeting & Calendar Management

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Manage calendars for executives or departments

• Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and visitors

• Support to Other Departments

  • Assist HR, Finance, or Operations with administrative tasks

  • Help with onboarding support for new employees

  • Provide data entry or documentation support as needed

  • Reporting & Record Keeping

    • Maintain logs and generate reports (attendance, visitor logs, expenses, etc.)

    • Assist with preparing budgets or expense tracking

    • Stationary & Uniform Management

      • Provide stationary and uniforms to employees as per requirement
