Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement, induction & grievance handling
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management
Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment & company assets
Manage vendor coordination for office maintenance, courier, utilities, etc.
Organize meetings, office events, and travel arrangements
Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and support services
