Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin cum Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR-related activities, talent acquisition, and accounting functions. This role requires a unique blend of HR and accounting skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
2. Maintain employee records, including employee data, benefits, and performance records.
3. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
4. Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Accounting Responsibilities:
1. Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries.
2. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
3. Process expense reports and reimbursements.
4. Prepare and submit statutory returns and compliance reports.
5. Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
General Responsibilities:
1. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
2. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
4. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and accounting regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
2. Proven experience in HR and accounting functions.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and accounting principles.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and accounting software.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
