Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for different roles.
- Handle onboarding, employee records, and payroll support.
- Coordinate between tech, sales, and management teams.
- Support HR policy enforcement and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative assistance and handle ad hoc HR tasks.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 0-6months of HR experience (startup experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws.
