Job Description: HR Assistant
Location: Airoli
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Education -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or certification in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team in the daily operations of human resource functions.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Help with payroll preparation and ensure employee data is properly maintained in the system.
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and other HR-related matters.
Maintain and update HR databases with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage leave records and attendance reports.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 3 years in HR or related roles.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including the use of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.).
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
