Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Assistance:  Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

- Employee On boarding: Support the on boarding process by preparing documents, scheduling orientation sessions, and assisting with new hire paperwork.

- HR Administrative Support:  Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and managing HR documentation.

- Employee Engagement:  Help organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.

- Performance Management: Support the HR team in tracking employee performance reviews and related feedback processes.

- HR Reporting:  Assist in compiling HR-related reports and analyzing data for key insights.

- Training & Development:  Help with scheduling training sessions and tracking employee progress on training programs.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Strong interest in human resources, talent management, and organizational development.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
