• Benefits Administration:

  • Assist with benefits enrollment and questions from employees.

  • Help maintain benefits records and assist with open enrollment processes.

  • Answer general questions regarding company benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, etc.

• HR Compliance and Policies:

  • Assist with ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • Help prepare reports and documentation for audits and inspections.

  • Support the HR department with policy updates and implementation.

• General Administrative Support:

  • Handle incoming HR-related inquiries and provide general HR assistance.

  • Schedule meetings, training sessions, and events.

  • Assist in preparing HR presentations and reports.
