Job Description: HR Recruiter (IT Recruitment)
Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT roles, including client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions (Software Developers, Network Engineers, IT Consultants, etc.)
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative methods.
Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face) to assess candidate skills and fit.
Manage candidate communication and expectations throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with clients regarding candidate interviews, feedback, and offer details.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future IT openings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new hiring practices in the IT sector.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment.
Experience in client hiring and understanding their requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software.
Previous experience working with technology clients is a plus.
