Why Do We Need You:
The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager is responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
What You Will Do:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates and assigning accurate role allocation.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Create and manage effect leave and attendance policy.
Monitor and report on workforce and key performance indicators.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive roles.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Degree in Human Resources or related field; additional HR certifications are a plus.
