Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office HR professional to manage and oversee daily human resource functions within our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the office.

• Coordinate the recruitment and on boarding process for new hires.

• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

• Administer HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.

• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

• Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.

• Support performance management and appraisal processes.

• Maintain office culture and employee satisfaction.

• Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in an HR role, preferably in an office environment..

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
