Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on bulk hiring for BPO roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries and concerns.
Stay updated on labor laws and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO bulk hiring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment portals and ATS tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance is a plus.
