Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
Maintain job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Organize employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
Resolve workplace conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management & Training:
Assist in conducting performance reviews and appraisals.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Support managers in setting performance goals and feedback mechanisms.
4. Payroll & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle statutory compliances like PF, ESI, and other legal regulations.
5. HR Policies & Administration:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
Support audits and ensure adherence to organizational guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-5 years of experience in an HR role.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, recruitment processes, and HR best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
