Responsibilities
Updating internal databases with new hire information
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Publish and remove job ads
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to Cluster Manager's Questions Requirements and skills
Work experience as an HR & Admin
Familiarity with Recruitment portals
Basic knowledge of Excel
Organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Should be Graduate
