Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
2. Employee Records: Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel files.
3. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
4. Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and administer employee benefits.
5. Performance Management: Support appraisal and feedback processes.
6. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster positive workplace culture.
7. Training Coordination: Organize and track training and development programs.
8. HR Metrics: Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
9. Health & Safety: Collaborate on compliance with safety regulations in manufacturing operations.
10. Support HR Projects: Assist with HR initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR software and labor laws.
