We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive to manage and support our HR functions in a dynamic IT institute/educational training center environment. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks related to HR, ensuring a positive learning and working environment for both staff and students.
Recruitment & Staffing:
√ Handle the recruitment process for faculty, trainers, and administrative staff for the institute.
√ Post job advertisements, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assist in the selection process.
√ Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
#Onboarding & #Training:
√ Manage the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the institute’s culture and work environment.
√ Assist in organizing employee training programs, especially related to instructional techniques, compliance, and skill enhancement for both staff and faculty.
#Employee #Relations:
√ Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, leave, and other HR-related matters.
√ Foster a positive working environment by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining employee satisfaction.
#Attendance & #Leave #Management:
√ Oversee attendance, punctuality, and leave management for both faculty and administrative staff.
√ Ensure that leave requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
#Performance #Management:
√ Assist in the performance evaluation process for faculty and staff.
√ Support in conducting appraisals, providing feedback, and creating improvement plans for employees.
#Compliance & #Documentation:
√ Ensure compliance with labor laws, educational regulations, and company policies.
√ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
#Payroll and Benefits #Administration:
√ Assist in managing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries and benefits for employees.
√ Coordinate with the finance team for accurate salary disbursement.
#Employee #Engagement:
√ Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs to promote a motivated and healthy work culture.
√ Conduct surveys or feedback sessions to measure employee satisfaction and address any concerns.
#HR Reporting & #Analytics:
√ Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management, including recruitment status, employee performance, attendance, and any other HR metrics.
