Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role-specific expectations.

• Sourcing & Outreach: Identify potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate fit, and schedule interviews with respective teams.

• Coordination: Coordinate and follow up with candidates and internal teams throughout the interview process.

• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Employer Branding: Support HR initiatives

• Recruitment Reports: Prepare and share regular hiring updates, metrics, and pipeline status with relevant stakeholders.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms

• Time management and multitasking abilities
