Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and maintaining HR records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Handle employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
Maintain and update HR databases and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) is a plus.
