Job Description:
We are looking for a focused and deadline-driven Talent Acquisition professional (Non-IT & IT) with a minimum
of 1-3 years of hard-core experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a recruitment agency/consultancy.
The ideal candidate should be particular, precise, and adept at managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for
our pan-India branches.
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and contacting relevant candidates for assigned vacancies.
2. Conducting the first round of interviews.
3. Managing salary negotiations.
4. Handling the end-to-end recruitment process.
5. Coordinating with Managers/HODs to understand and fulfil recruitment needs.
6. Achieving a conversion ratio of 5-6 hires per month.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Post-Graduate.
