Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
Support in drafting job descriptions, job ads, and other HR-related documents.
Help in arranging interviews and facilitating communication with candidates.
Provide administrative support to the HR team with various tasks.
Research HR trends and best practices to improve processes.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in HR or recruitment (internships or coursework) is a plus but not mandatory.
