We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with a primary focus on recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in line with our company’s goals and culture.
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to source suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and best practices.
Experience with social recruiting and employer branding.
Understanding of labor laws and HR policies is an added advantage.
