Experience: Minimum 2 years (Manufacturing experience preferred) Department: HR and Admin Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: ○ Managing end-to-end recruitment processes. ○ Conducting onboarding and induction programs for new employees. 2. Employee Engagement: ○ Organizing employee engagement activities. ○ Addressing employee concerns and grievances effectively. 3. HR Operations: ○ Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. ○ Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. 4. Payroll & Attendance: ○ Managing monthly attendance and leave records. ○ Assisting in payroll processing and ensuring accuracy. 5. Administrative Duties: ○ Overseeing day-to-day office administration. ○ Managing vendor coordination and office supplies. 6. Compliance & Documentation: ○ Ensuring statutory compliance and managing documentation related to PF, ESI, etc. ○ Handling employee verification and background checks. 7. Day-to-Day Operations: ○ Supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow. ○ Assisting in creating and implementing standard operating procedures. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing setup. ● Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance. ● Proficient in MS Office and HR management software. ● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
