We're looking for an HR Executive with 1 years of experience would be responsible for managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations issues, conducting performance evaluations, administering benefits, and supporting overall HR operations, requiring strong communication skills, proficiency in HR software, and a detailed understanding of employment regulations; ideally with a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, networking, referrals)
Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews
Conduct background checks and reference verifications
Manage the onboarding process for new hires
Employee Records and Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS system
Update employee information regarding changes in personal details, benefits, and employment status
Generate reports on employee demographics, turnover rates, and other key HR metrics
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly
Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and managers
Conduct employee engagement initiatives to maintain positive morale
Performance Management:
Implement performance review processes
Provide feedback to employees on performance goals
Develop and administer employee development plans
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and industry standards
Manage employee leaves and absences according to company policy
Benefits Administration:
Explain and administer employee benefits packages
Process benefit enrollments and changes
HR Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present HR reports to management on key metrics
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
